We maintain a customer personal data related to product sales (sales, invoicing and delivery) 1 month time, after which we delete the customer personal data from our systems.

Customer-related information is stored electronically. The data is appropriately protected from external parties through firewalls and other technical safeguards. Only designated personnel have the right to access and maintain the register’s information. Each user has a personal username and password. Users are bound by a confidentiality obligation.
Some transaction-related data may be retained longer as required by Finnish law, such as obligations related to accounting and consumer trade, to demonstrate compliance with these responsibilities afterward.
